You’ve probably heard it all before from your Mum or Dad but what your parents tell you is sometimes listen to them when they tell you……..
     
Tip of the month: Drink plenty of water!
During the hot days of summer it’s very important to keep your fluids up. If you don’t, you’ll feel dyhydrated and probably suffer a headache, be tired or get irritable.
     
Other Tips
Eat 2 pieces of fruit and 5 vegies a day1 It’ll keep your skin glowing!  
If you are hungry snack on a piece of fruit. You’ll feel full in no time!  
Eat the skin on your fruit. It’s usually the best part for you!  
Eat your brussell sprouts. The sooner you eat them the sooner you get dessert!
Wash your fruit and vegies before you eat them.  
Don’t’ chew the end of your pencil. They contain too many toxins!
